This ADU was built for a son, a nurse, to provide in-home care for his father. We designed a bright, spacious home with high ceilings and a loft, ensuring it had its own entrance and patio for privacy. This quickly transformed the property into a multigenerational household. The original home had a traditional style, but the client wanted a modern ADU. To create a cohesive look, we blended the styles using angled roofs, large windows, and natural wood elements. The clients were thrilled with their new space, ready to create family memories for years to come.
